The lower level has a fantastic ocean view and features one bedroom with a full bed.
Also on the lower level is a separate full bath complete with a washer and dryer, full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, living room with a queen sofa sleeper, woodstove and access onto a large deck facing the ocean.
The upper level features a second bedroom with a full bed and a private full bathroom. The spacious master suite on this level has a fabulous ocean view. This room has a queen bed with a loft overlooking the downstairs and another private bathroom complete with a tiled walk in shower and a vanity with double sinks. Samarkand is a no smoking, no pet home that will sleep up to eight people. In addition you can lounge with a book or enjoy the ocean view with the telescope located in the cozy sunroom attached to the master suite.
