March 15th through April 15th). Summer rates run - May 15th
- September 15th. Some homes may require a five to seven
night minimum June 15th to September 15th. (Holiday weekends
- three night minimum). All other dates require a two night
minimum. Individual home rates are listed in the description
of each home and may be subject to change. Contact

home. It is ideal for a small family or a romantic getaway for

Dutch Retreat is located on a quiet street in Nedonna
Beach, just north of Rockaway Beach, and it is only 125 yards from
a sandy beach access. This two story home is spacious and nicely
furnished with comfortable, quality furniture and bedding. Dutch
