This is a comfortable two story beach home with four bedrooms and one and a quarter baths. It has plenty of parking and access from the basement to the upper level with a chair lift for anyone that finds stairs to be a challenge. 

The main level features a nice large deck with an ocean view. This level also features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining room, and a living room with VCR and cable TV. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room or sit back and enjoy a movie while sitting in front of the wood stove. This level also features a full bath and three comfortably furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a full bed and a single bed, and the third has a full bed.

You will find a fourth bedroom located upstairs with two single beds. Sit back and enjoy your favorite book from the sitting area located just off of this room. There is also a quarter bath on this level. Laundry facilities are located in the basement.

As a bonus there is a view of Lake Lytle from the back yard and the beach access is conveniently located just across the street from the front of the house.
