The main living and dining area, full kitchen, full bath and two decks are on the upper floor. There are two bedrooms on this level. Each room has quality queen beds and each room is tastefully decorated for your enjoyment.

The spacious living room features an open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating, a pellet stove, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, stereo and CD player. This room opens up onto a very large deck with patio furniture and Charcoal Barbeque. There is also a dining table and small breakfast bar. A smaller second deck is located off of the dining room.

The lower floor features a second large living area with Cable TV, DVD/VCR, sofa sleeper and several comfortable chairs. There is a second bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Each bunk has a lower double mattress and upper single mattress. This level also features a laundry room and garage. There is also plenty of parking.

This attractive home comes with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the large deck or sip a cup of coffee in the morning on the smaller deck located off of the dining room.

The beach access is located a short distance from the house and offers easy access. Nedonna features a nice sandy beach and is located just a few minutes north of the center of Rockaway Beach.
