Casa Del Mar 1 Casa Del Mar 1 is the upper unit of a two story ocean front vacation home that is divided into two units. Casa Del Mar 1 will sleep up to 10 people. A connecting door will allow rental of both units if you prefer and together both units will sleep 16. (See description of Casa Del Mar 2 for more information on the 2nd unit) There is a lock and deadbolt to insure privacy if needed. Both homes are available with wireless internet service.

Casa Del Mar 1 is located 8 blocks north of the city center of Rockaway Beach, which features 7 miles of sandy beach along with a nice selection of shops and restaurants. This home has a fantastic ocean view and features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

Bedroom number 1 is located just off of the living room and features 2 queen size beds. This room has a private bathroom with a shower and is nicely decorated with tile floor and back splash. Bedroom number 2 is located at the end of a hallway and features 2 queen size beds. This room also has a private, tiled bathroom with a tub and shower. A third bedroom is located down the same hallway with 1 king size bed. There is a third bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer which adjoins this bedroom. The 3rd bathroom is handicap accessible and features a tiled shower with 2 shower heads, a bench and hand rails. There is also an attractive pedestal sink. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind.

The living and kitchen area have an incredible ocean view. The spacious living room features an attractive wood burning fire place, two sofas, 2 reclining chairs, a cozy 3rd chair and a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. This is a perfect place to relax and watch the ocean. 

The comfortable dining room features a nice long dining table and up to 12 chairs. A breakfast bar that will seat 3 is conveniently located near the dining table. You will definitely enjoy the fabulous view from this area. Just off of this room is a sliding glass door which leads out onto a nice deck with two patio tables and four benches. The view from this deck is Breathtaking. To the south you will see Twin Rocks and to your north you can see all the way to Manzanita. You can’t help but enjoy this fabulous 180 degree view!

In Addition, you can cook your meals in style with an ocean view in the well equipped full kitchen.

Minimum Stay - There is a Minimum Stay of 2 nights (3 nights on Holidays). From June 16th to September 15th there is a 3-7 night minimum.
